I like people, and the stories images can tell, and so I shoot the things that interest me: people.
I shoot portraits of my friends in the studio and out. I shot a group of teenagers and adults who play with foam swords in the park. I shoot what it's like to attend a grassroots music festival in my home town. I shoot my friends who skateboard, and I shoot concrete because I like that it creates. I shoot my friends because they are beautiful.
My goal for photography is simple, and it is to tell the stories of people around me. People who are different from me and people who are the same. I hope to always do this in my photography.
